Infrastructure Support Analyst

Job Description:

IT Support Analyst • Providing desk side and remote support for personal computing environments • Performing PC builds, delivery, installation and repair of computing equipment • Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). • Connecting MFD to network • Managing Active Directory user account, groups and permissions • Providing training and consultation to end users • Handling technically complex desktop support issues • After-hours (call-out) support of critical infrastructure • Solving problems with network applications • Implementing and supporting various hardware and systems • Managing small projects • Maintaining hardware and software inventories and recycling

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country • High School Diploma/GED equivalent • Able to lift computer equipment that weighs up to 30 lbs. from the floor and safely carry up 2 flights of stairs Bend, stoop, crawl under tables/desks to connect needed wiring Able to bend to pick up equipment and load pull cart. Individual item may weigh up to 30 lbs. Able to push equipment on a cart of up to 100 lbs. Able to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to offices • 3 or more years of direct experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. • Able to obtain a TWIC Card

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Knowledge of a broad range of technologies including: WAN/LAN, Desktop, Core Business Applications, and Desktop Products • Suitable verbal and written communication skills for direct customer interaction • Ability to work well with local and head office teams

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
