Job Description Summary of Description:
Perform routine tasks related to the collection of data required to monitor budgets and estimates for a specific portion of routine maintenance budget. Analyze monthly controllable cost data to ensure accuracy and proper categorization Conduct meetings with Managers to compare actual costs with budget and explain variance. Assist in preparing routine and/or special request reports per established instructions, department procedures and deadlines Assist management in compiling cost data by account, preparing manpower forecasts, cross coding existing cost records, etc. May calculate/prepare material and work quantities (takeoffs), comparison reports, charts and tables for project analysis. May perform administrative duties associated with day-to-day routine activities designed to provide practical application of cost methods. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related discipline (Finance Preferred) Bachelor's degree would qualify for perm consideration if CTH Refining Experience Strongly preferred: SAP Experience
Required: MS Office, Excel (Macros, Vlookups, Pivot Tables) Tableau Analytic Skills EXTREMELY important for this position Strong Communication Ability to speak with multitude of professionals across the client 3 years experience in related field Proficient at spreadsheet and data base programs (Excel, Access, etc.). Understanding of cost and project controls methodology. Basic knowledge of resource monitoring techniques plus ability to follow procedures and directions.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
